Dispatch & processing

Every kit is poured, cured and packed by hand here in Ocean Grove.

We keep our ready-made kits in stock where we can, and those are dispatched within 2 business days. If a kit has sold out, we cast a new one — plaster needs 4 to 7 days to set and cure properly, and we won't rush it. Custom named and themed boxes are made to order and take the same 4 to 7 days.

Either way, if your order is going to take longer than 2 business days to dispatch, we'll email you and tell you when to expect it. You won't be left guessing.

If you're ordering for a party or a birthday, put the date in the "date needed by" field and we'll work back from it.

Australia-wide postage

• Standard — $11.00, arrives in 3 to 5 business days
• Express — $15.00, arrives in 1 to 2 business days
• Free standard postage on orders over $100

Postage times start from dispatch, not from when you order. We post Australia-wide only at the moment.

Local delivery

$10.00, for postcodes 3222, 3226 and 3227 — Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads, Breamlea, Drysdale and Clifton Springs. No minimum order.

If your kit is in stock, we'll usually deliver within 2 to 3 days. If it's being made fresh or it's a custom box, we'll message you with a delivery day once it's ready.

Free local collection

Collection is free, and it's the option most local families use.

Choose Free local collection at checkout and we'll email you the collection address once your order is ready. Two windows:

• Wednesdays, 5–7pm
• Saturdays, 10am–12pm

If neither suits, reply to that email and we'll sort something out.

Order tracking

Standard and Express both come with tracking. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your kit is posted.

If your tracking hasn't moved in a few days, email us — we'd rather chase it with you than have you wondering.
