Use of the site
This website is run by Joyful Brush AU (ABN 57 757 640 963). By ordering from us you're agreeing to these terms.
Our photos, product designs, kit names and written content belong to us. Please don't copy them for your own business.
We do our best to keep everything on the site accurate. If a price, stock level or description is wrong, we'll contact you before making your order — and if we can't fulfil it, we'll refund you in full.
Plaster product safety
Every kit comes with Boyle Crafty Colour acrylic paint — non-toxic, water-based, and conforming to ASTM D 4236.
Acrylic paint wipes up easily while it's still wet, but it's permanent once dry. Cover your table and pop the kids in clothes you don't mind marking.
Suitable for ages 3 and up, with adult supervision. Plaster pieces are delicate and some are small — they're decorative keepsakes, not toys, and they can break or chip if dropped.
Because everything is handmade in small batches, you may see tiny surface pinholes or micro-bubbles. That's the nature of hand-poured plaster, not a fault.
Acrylic dries fast — touch dry in about 20 minutes, and fully hardened within a day. If you've painted thickly or it's a cold day, give it a bit longer.
Pricing & orders
All prices are in Australian dollars.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your order confirmation. If we can't make or send something, we'll tell you and refund you.
Discount codes can't be used together, and each is subject to its own conditions — a minimum quantity, for example. Codes can be withdrawn or changed at any time.

Custom orders
Custom named and themed boxes are made to your specification.
Please check your spelling before you order — especially names. We cast exactly what you type. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately and we'll fix it if we haven't started casting.
Custom boxes take 4 to 7 days to make before postage or collection. If your order won't make that window, we'll email you.
Because they're made for you, custom boxes can't be returned for change of mind. See our Returns page for damaged or faulty items.
We'll do our best to match your chosen colours and designs, but every piece is hand-painted and hand-poured, so small variations are part of it.
Limitation of liability
Our kits are decorative craft items for use with adult supervision. Use them as intended and follow the safety information above.
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for damage caused by misuse, by paint on surfaces or clothing, or by plaster pieces breaking after delivery.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
